Do Fully Automated Businesses Exist?

About The Episode

The idea of a fully automated business is where no human interaction is required for the entire enterprise to function.

We are starting to see the initial examples of this, in the tangible physical world, but only in part. Think about the dark warehouses where various industrial robots can operate to pick transfer and pack packages, that are placed on conveyor belts and moved to loading docks. But other aspects of the business obviously need human labour, such as the human drivers bringing the goods to and from the warehouse (for now at least). Other examples have been touched on in the podcast as well. I’ve had guests on talking about their fully automated vertical farming modular systems, drug discovery setups, and the eventual Lv 5 autonomous vehicles to name a few.
