About The Episode

As I mentioned in early August I spent some 11 days trekking through the Pyrenees mountains, which I recommend to everyone as a bit of an enforced digital detox feels absolutely great.

But it’s also good to be back setting up new discussions and looking at automation and all the changes that are coming our way.

Today’s episode is a presentation that I gave at an online conference focused on podcasting. It actually set the Guinness world record for the largest online podcasting conference which was nice to be a part of.

I was invited by Lily Wong, a well known podcaster in China, who you will hear at the start and end of the recording, to join the conference and explain how certain technologies will impact the podcasting industry as well as the ability to create podcasts. So if you’ve ever thought about starting your own podcast this episode might be especially interesting for you.

Just to note I did have a number of visuals that went along with my presentation, so if you want to see those I’ll also have this episode up on the Youtube channel as with all the other episodes in case you prefer to use that platform too.
